God Says You Are Coming

Two elderly women on the island of Lewis began nightly prayer agreeing to pray for God to send a revival to their community.

For months they prayed, and God revealed to them that Rev. Duncan Campbell would come to their area. When they invited him, he declined, saying he was too busy.

They replied, “You may say you will not come, but God says you are coming!”

He later came and God’s awesome presence fell upon the village. The revival spread to other communities, lasted for four years, and became known as the amazing Hebrides revival.

The world is seldom aware of the impact of women’s prayers. “Women receive their dead raised to life” (Hebrews 11:35). Surely it’s significant that the recorded raisings from the dead are predominantly for women. A woman’s strong natural affection added to her faith produces supernatural results. She receives her dead raised to life!

Thank You, Father, that women’s faith still receives the highest conquest possible-the spiritually dead brought to life.

"Pray in the Spirit on all occasions" (Ephesians 6:18).

Day 13 (of 40 Days of Prayer)
Ask God to remove any roadblocks that would prevent women that He is calling from attending this conference. Pray that they will come with a hunger for a holy heart.
