Day 1—Peace
I praise you, Lord, for granting me your peace at all times and in every circumstance and condition no matter what comes. You are with me. (2 Corinthians 3:16)

Thank you for keeping me in perfect peace because I trust in you; all my thoughts are on you. (Isaiah 26:3)

You are giving strength to me; you are blessing me with peace. (Psalm 29:11)

Thank you, God, for filling me with joy and peace as I trust in you, so I now overflow with hope through the Holy Spirit’s power. (Romans 15:13)

Day 2—Arla’s 40 Day Prayer Challenge

Today’s prayer theme: Work 

Today's scriptures to pray:

— Thank you, God, that because I am committing my work to you, my plans are succeeding. Proverbs 16:3

— I am doing all my work for your honor and glory, God. I Corinthians 10:31

— I praise you that your favor is upon me, and you have now established the work of my hands. Psalm 90:17

— I am so thankful for your gift to me, God: I am enjoying the results of my hard work. Ecclesiastes 3:13

— Thank you that I now work with enthusiasm, as though I am working for you rather than people. You reward me for the good I do. Ephesians 6:7, 8 

Day 3 — Arla’s 40 Day Prayer Challenge

Today’s prayer theme: Children 

Today's scriptures to pray: 

— I praise you that my children are increasing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with you, God, and men. Luke 2:52

— Thank you that my children are doing the right thing by obeying their parents. They are honoring their father and mother, so it is going well with them and they are enjoying a long life on the earth. Ephesians 6:1-3

— Discretion is protecting my children, and understanding is guarding them. Wisdom is saving them from the ways of wicked men and from those whose words are perverse. Proverbs 2:11-14

— Thank you, Lord, for this covenant with our family: Your spirit who is upon me, and your words, which you have put in my mouth, shall not depart from my mouth, nor from my children’s mouth, nor from the mouths of my children’s children from this time and forevermore. Isaiah 59:21

— Thank you for pouring your Spirit on my descendants, and your blessing on my offspring. They are springing up among the grass, like willows by the watercourses. They are saying, “I belong to the Lord.” Isaiah 44:3-5
