Jesus Finds No Flaw

Someone had offended my friend, and for three days she could not get past her irritation. She said, “I didn’t feel like talking to God or even hearing from Him. I was miserable feeling that way, but that is how it was. I was driving home from work when suddenly I looked at the license plate on the car in front of me. It said my name and then 4511. As soon as I got home, I looked up Psalm 45:11 and read, ‘The king is enthralled by your beauty.’ My heart melted before Him.”

God Provides the Seeds

One night during the early days of my home Bible studies, I was in my husband’s study while the rest of the family was asleep. I Was the Unfortunate Speaker

The first night of a women’s retreat I arose to speak and dropped the pen I had in my hand. I knew I should leave it on the floor but bent to pick it up anyway. When I did, my pages of notes slid off the podium. This time there was no choice, so once again the women saw me diving down to retrieve the notes under the table. Fortunately, the notes landed in a stack, but by this time the women were fully awake wondering just what might happen next to this unfortunate speaker.
